Using existing fields and their values from your import file, you can easily generate new fields or modify existing ones with simple formula logic.How It WorksSuppose you want to adjust product prices during import based on their collections:
  Increase the price of all products in the &ldquo;T-Shirts&rdquo; collection by +10%.
  Increase the price of products in the &ldquo;Sunglasses&rdquo; collection by +20%.
  Reduce the price of products in the &ldquo;Shorts&rdquo; collection by &ndash;5%.
Normally, this would require manual edits across thousands of products.  
With formulas, Sync Master can do this automatically in just a few clicks.Step 1: Upload Your FileChoose your import file and click &laquo;Next&raquo;:Step 2: Open the &ldquo;Custom Fields&rdquo; TabGo to the &laquo;Custom fields&raquo; tab.  
Important: to keep existing prices for all other collections, you must specify this in your formulas.

One of the most useful applications is creating a rule that automatically skips importing certain products &mdash; for example, items from a specific collection.Step 1: Create a &ldquo;Skip Product&rdquo; Custom FieldGo to the Custom Fields tab and create a new custom field with the following settings:
  Field Name: Skip Product
  Condition: Any
  Formula Type: String
  Formula: 0
The value 0 means the product will not be skipped, while 1 tells the system to skip the product during import.Step 2: Add a Condition to Skip Products from a Specific CollectionNow, create a new condition to define when the app should skip products.  
Click &ldquo;Add Custom Field&rdquo; to open the condition builder.Select the field from your import file that contains the collection name &mdash; for example, [Name of the collections].Set the rule so that the custom field value becomes 1 (skip) if the collection name equals &ldquo;Dress.&rdquo;Step 3: Activate the Skip Condition for ImportNext, open the Import Conditions tab and select the newly created field Skip Product as the condition for skipping products during import.Step 4: Run the ImportThat&rsquo;s it!
