How to use custom formulas

Using formulas is an important tool to generate the report you need for your orders. In this module, we implemented the option of adding your own formulas using template fields. You can also add a static field with the name and value you want. If you need to create a new field with a customs value, create it manually. You can create as many formulas fields as you need. How does it work?Click the «New Export» button:Select the options you need in the first and second steps to configure the export. Going to step # 3, you will see a list of fields available for export:Scrolling down, you will see the fields that you have added for export. Note that the fields can be reversed - sorted as you need them to export. You can also add a static field or your own formula using the buttons:Let's try to create our first custom formula. Imagine you need to export a file that contains the following columns: Product Title, Product ID, and custom formula column - a new order ID that includes our formula. So, add the Product Name & Order ID field from the list. Click to «Add Custom Row» button:Choose the «Product ID» field in the «FIELD» menu, enter a new field name - «My New Product ID», choose a condition «Greater than» and type «3» (it means that for all fields with the condition >3 will be created a new field «My New Product ID», enter your formula, for example: «[product_id]+3»:Also, you can add a new condition by clicking «Add Condition»:Click «Create Custom Field». Now we have 3 fields:Now we have 3 columns in our exported file. Don't forget to save changes if you need to use these settings in the future.

How to export products from your store

If you need to export all products from your store, follow these steps in the Sync Master app:Step 1: Launch ExportClick on the &laquo;Launch Export&raquo; button.  
Complete the basic settings and enter a template name if you want to save this configuration for future use:

Step 2: Apply Filters (Optional)If you want to export all products, simply skip this step.  
If you want to filter products, you can add conditions here.For example, to export only products priced above $150, configure the filter as follows:

Step 3: Select Export FieldsClick &laquo;Add all fields&raquo; to include all available product fields in your export file:Review the list to ensure all required fields are selected.

Step 4: Export or Save TemplateWhen ready, you can:
  Click Export Now to generate and download the file immediately.
  Click Save Template to store the settings for future exports.

Important Notes
  The exported file will contain image URLs for each product.
  If you later delete products, the image URLs will no longer work, since product photos are removed with the product.
  We recommend backing up your product images separately before deleting products.

View Generated Files After Automatic TasksAfter each successful automatic task, the system generates a file that becomes available for download.To view these generated files, go to the &laquo;Jobs History&raquo; section:Jobs History Overview
  For convenience, only the last 5 operations are displayed on the main dashboard.
  The Jobs History page shows the last 100 operations.
This page contains the full history of all import and export operations &mdash; both manual and automatic.  
Automatic (scheduled) tasks are marked with a special label for easy identification:Downloading Exported FilesTo download a generated file, click on the &laquo;Download File&raquo; button next to the task entry you need &mdash; in this case, your automatic export task:Permanent Link to the Latest ExportIf you want a permanent link that always points to the most recently exported file, you can find it directly in your export template settings:Tip: This feature is especially useful if you regularly share export results with external systems or partners &mdash; the link will always deliver the latest version of your exported data.
