Scheduled Tasks: Automate Imports & Exports

The Products Sync Master service for Shopify allows the creation of scheduled (automatic or CRON) tasks.  
A task scheduler is a built-in job manager that launches saved templates (options) at predefined times.  
Scheduled tasks are automatically imported/exported, and you&rsquo;ll receive an email notification with the results.Accessing Scheduled TasksTo open the automatic tasks section:
  Go to the desired process (Import or Export).
  Click on the &laquo;Scheduled Tasks&raquo; section.
Viewing TasksHere you will see a list of all created scheduled tasks:Creating a New Task
  Click the &laquo;Create Task&raquo; button.
  Set the Task Name.
  Select the saved Template (Option).
  Define the Task Frequency.
  Click Save.
Managing TasksFor each scheduled task, you can:
  Edit the task
  Enable / Disable execution
  Delete a task

Saved Templates: Upload, Download & Duplicate

The Products Sync Master service for Shopify allows you to download or upload import/export configure templates.
This is useful if you need to share settings files with colleagues or save a settings file for future use.How to Upload a Settings File
  Open the &laquo;Saved Templates&raquo; section.

Click the &laquo;Upload Template&raquo; button.

After uploading, click on the option to edit it or to start the import process.

Enterprise: Custom Task Frequency

Setting up automatic (scheduled) tasks is the same for all plans, but Enterprise users get an additional and very useful option.You can review the basic scheduled tasks settings here.Enterprise Plan Exclusive Feature: Custom Task FrequencyThis option allows you to create flexible scheduling rules, not just fixed day/month/time.  
For example:

Run every hour on every day
  Run every hour on the 10th of every month
How to use Custom Frequency
  Navigate to &laquo;Scheduled Tasks&raquo; in the Import or Export section.
  Click the &laquo;Create Task&raquo; button.
  For Task Frequency, select &laquo;Custom Frequency&raquo;.
