Automatic (scheduled) tasks are one of the key features of the Sync Master app — not only because they can automate various import and export processes, but also due to their flexibility and advanced configuration options.

View Generated Files After Automatic Tasks
After each successful automatic task, the system generates a file that becomes available for download.
To view these generated files, go to the «Jobs History» section:

- For convenience, only the last 5 operations are displayed on the main dashboard.
- The Jobs History page shows the last 100 operations.
This page contains the full history of all import and export operations — both manual and automatic. Automatic (scheduled) tasks are marked with a special label for easy identification:
Downloading Exported Files
To download a generated file, click on the «Download File» button next to the task entry you need — in this case, your automatic export task:
Permanent Link to the Latest Export
If you want a permanent link that always points to the most recently exported file, you can find it directly in your export template settings:
Tip: This feature is especially useful if you regularly share export results with external systems or partners — the link will always deliver the latest version of your exported data.
