Scheduled Tasks: Automate Imports & Exports

The Products Sync Master service for Shopify allows the creation of scheduled (automatic or CRON) tasks. A task scheduler is a built-in job manager that launches saved templates (options) at predefined times. Scheduled tasks are automatically imported/exported, and you’ll receive an email notification with the results.

Accessing Scheduled Tasks

To open the automatic tasks section:

  • Go to the desired process (Import or Export).
  • Click on the «Scheduled Tasks» section.

Viewing Tasks

Here you will see a list of all created scheduled tasks:

Creating a New Task

  • Click the «Create Task» button.
  • Set the Task Name.
  • Select the saved Template (Option).
  • Define the Task Frequency.
  • Click Save.


Managing Tasks

For each scheduled task, you can:

  • Edit the task
  • Enable / Disable execution
  • Delete a task
