This guide outlines how to migrate your store to Shopify from the PrestaShop platform. You can use it as a starting point and as a reference resource to make sure that you don't forget any key setup tasks. If you are migrating to the Shopify Plus plan, then learn more about the Shopify limits & restrictions.

Step 1: Export your PrestaShop store product catalog

We can see 3 settings steps: General, Products Filter, and Fields Filter. Fill in all the fields in the first step (General settings) - enter a name (if you plan to export products with the same settings in the future), and select the file format (our import module works with .XLSx, .CSV files), select the language and other settings you want to be required. Don't forget to enable the «EACH COMBINATION IN A SEPARATE ROW» option & click the «Next» button:

 The 2 step (Filter Products) remains unchanged. We can immediately go to step 3 (Filter Fields). Click the «Next» button:

 
To fully export your products, make the following settings and add the following fields. Open each tab on the left side and click on the «ADD ALL FIELDS» button. In this way, we will add to the export file all the fields of our products, settings, associations, images, etc:
 
 


Click on the «Export» button & download exported file:

Step 2: Log in to your Shopify store & import processed data.

Install our Products Sync Master Shopify app. Open the «Products Sync Master» app. Configure basic options on the «General Settings» tab & upload the previously exported file. Click on the «Next Step» button:



Make the associations of the fields you need in the next step. You can also create your own formulas or rules for importing. Carefully review the settings of the fields - the result of data import depends on them. Click on the «Import Now» button to start the import process:
